The master bedroom is located on the ground floor and has a large sitting area and full-length wardrobe. The property is off grid: water is bought in via tank by a local company and stored in a 50,000-litre holding tank located on the grounds with a pump, 1,000-litre deposit for the oil central heating, internet connection, two sceptic tanks, and the electricity is via solar panels, wind turbine and a 1,000-litre deposit for a brand-new generator.
